The Arc Williamson County and The Arc Davidson County and Greater Nashville will be sponsoring the Inaugural Festival of Trees Preview Party on Thursday, December 7, 2017 at the Holiday Inn-Vanderbilt from 5-7 p.m. Tickets can be purchased for $20 each ($10 for self-advocates) and guests will enjoy live music, heavy hors d'oeuvres, cash bar (plus one drink ticket/guest), silent auction, and door prizes. Decorated trees by area disability organizations will be on display. Tickets may be purchased at Eventbrite https://www.eventbrite.com/d/tn--nashville/festival-of-trees/
This “Inaugural Event” is generously hosted by the Holiday Inn Vanderbilt in Nashville, located in the heart of Nashville’s West End/Vanderbilt area. The preview party will be in the hotel’s lobby showcasing the trees’ lights and decorations. Guests will also have the opportunity to visit the famous Commodore Grill and enjoy an evening of music with local songwriters. The hotel hosts various events and weddings during the holiday season, offering opportunities for trees (identified by sponsor) to be viewed by many local and event guests for several weeks.
